For brokerages, builders & designers

Property, in motion.

Two builds from the same machine: a listing studio that turns three photos into a coordinated campaign, and a room workbench that turns phone photos of a kitchen into a 3D walkthrough you can revise.

Build 01

The listing studio

3 photosin. A film, a listing page and an open-house email out
30 sdirected vertical property film
1 changerebuilt every output, with stale exports blocked until approved

Every asset tells the same story.

A brokerage posted a marketing job. I built the studio that job implies.

Three licensed architectural photographs and a listing brief go in. A 30-second directed property film, a branded listing page and an open-house email come out, all telling the same story in the same voice.

Then the facts change. On a test listing, the price moved from $845,000 to $865,000 and the open house from 1–4 to 2–5. All three outputs rebuilt together, and the old exports were blocked until the new version was reviewed and approved.

  • A 30-second directed listing film
  • A branded listing page
  • An open-house email
  • Version control: one fact change updates everything
  • An approval gate before anything goes out

Build 02

The room workbench

12 photosof a kitchen in, 598 objects written as code
3 revisionsin 30 minutes
76 minfrom the first photo to the third revision

A room, written as code.

I photographed my own kitchen. The machine rebuilt the room as code, with every cabinet, window and light written into a 3D scene, and rendered a walkthrough.

Then three revisions: sage cabinets, new pendants, a half wall removed. Each one was a single change to the room’s code, rendered along the same camera path, so you compare them shot for shot.

  • A 3D room built from phone photos
  • A walkthrough film
  • Three revisions on the same camera path
  • A browser-ready 3D model

Your listings, your spaces.

Brokerages, builders, remodelers and designers: the machine turns what you already shoot into campaigns and walkthroughs that update when the details do.
